Easiest Way to Prepare Perfect Kimchi Jigae

Ingredients of Kimchi Jigae

  1. You need of Empon-empon (Bahan Blenderan).
  2. You need 3 of bawang putih.
  3. It’s 1 of bawang bombay.
  4. Prepare 1/4 of jahe.
  5. Prepare 3 sdm of garam.
  6. It’s 1 sdm of gula.
  7. It’s of Kaldu sayur.
  8. It’s of Bubur Nasi.
  9. It’s of Kaldu Sayur.
  10. You need Potongan of sawi putih.
  11. Prepare Potongan of wortel.
  12. Prepare Potongan of lobak.
  13. Prepare of Parsley.
  14. It’s of Air secukupnya +/- 400 ml.
  15. Prepare of BuburNasi.
  16. It’s of Kaldu sayur.
  17. You need 2 sdm of Tepung beras ketan.
  18. Prepare 1 sdm of Gula.
  19. You need of Sayuran.
  20. Prepare of Sawi Putih.
  21. Prepare of Wortel.
  22. Prepare of Lobak.
  23. It’s of 2 kali.
  24. Prepare of Bubuk cabe.

Kimchi Jigae instructions

  1. Potong-potong sayuran sesuai ukuran yang diinginkan.
  2. Kalau sudah dipotong, ditaburi garam 2 sdm diamkan selama 2 jam.
  3. Buat kaldu sayur, potongan sayuran direbus dengan air +/- 400 ml, selama +/- 15 menit. Jangan sampai air habis..
  4. Siapkan empon-empon sambil menunggu kaldu sayur matang dan siapkan pula bubur nasi.
  5. Campur kaldu sayur yang sudah matang dengan Tepung beras ketan dan gula, dimasak dengan api kecil.
  6. Hancurkan Empon-empon + BuburNasi + Kaldu sayur diblender menjadi 1.
  7. Campurkan bubuk cabe dengan Bubur Nasi, kemudian campurkan dengan Sayuran..
  8. Simpan di kulkas min.2 hari untuk fermentasi.
