  1. Pertama2 kita bumbui nasi putih yg sudah matang dengan 2-3 sdm bon nori/ bon cabe + merica + garam + totole + 1 sdt minyak wijen. Aduk2 sampai rata, pisahkan..Ini akan menjadi lapisan paling bawah mentai.
  2. Buat lapisan kedua diatasnya, madam memakai nugget & irisan mozzarella supaya ketika nanti mentai nya matang mozzarella nya melimpah sampai ke dalam.
  3. Marinasi beef dengan 1 sdt minyak wijen + 1 sdt soyu (kalau tidak punya bisa diganti saos teriyaki) + merica & sedikit air, aduk2 dan biarkan selama 10 menit sampai meresap.
  4. Setelah bumbu beef termarinasi & meresap, sebar merata di atas lapisan kedua tadi..(diusahakan beef memakai yg slice) jika tidak ada bisa memakai daging sapi tapi diiris tipis supaya matang merata. Bisa juga diganti dengan ayam fillet/ salmon/ nugget/ sosis sesuai selera.
  5. Untuk lapisan paling atasnya kita campurkan mayonaise Mayumi yg pedas (ukuran 100 gr) dengan 1 sdt saos tomat atau bisa dicampur dengan mayonaise original supaya tidak terlalu pedas. Jika tidak punya mayonaise pedas, bisa mencampurkan 100 gr mayonaise putih (original) dengan 1 sdm saos sambal & 1 sdm saos tomat atau sesuai selera tingkat pedasnya.
  6. Tambahkan irisan keju mozzarella di atas mayonaise nya lalu taburkan bon nori atau parsley untuk mempercantik tampilan mentai.
  7. Kukus dengan api kecil sedang selama 40 menit hingga matang & mentai ala2 kafe siap disajikan. Selamat mencoba, Bun..❤️❤️.
