Tiga Member Positif Covid-19, Red Velvet Tunda Konser Mendatang

Girl band Red Velvet dikonfirmasi menunda konser mereka yang akan datang bertajuk 2020 The ReVe Festival : Prologue.

Konser tersebut ditunda setelah tiga membernya didiagnosis positif Covid-19.

Dilansir dari Soompi, Senin (14/3/2022), SM Entertainment selaku agensi mengumkan bahwa tiga member yang positif Covid-19 yaitu Irene, Joy, dan Yeri.

“Red Velvet baru-baru ini menerima hasil positif dari alat tes mandiri Covid-19 yang mereka gunakan sebelumnya, sehingga mereka melakukan tes PCR dan dikonfirmasi positif pada akhir pekan lalu,” kata agensi.

Irene, Joy, dan Yeri juga telah menerima dosis kedua vaksin Covid-19 mereka.

Mereka saat ini melakukan perawatan mandiri di rumah, dan mereka tidak menunjukkan gejala tertentu.

Sementara untuk dua member lainnya yakni Seulgi dan Wendy menerima hasil negatif.

Dengan begitu, acara live spesial Red Velvet bertajuk 2022 The ReVe Festival : Prologue yang dijadwalkan pada 19 dan 20 Maret 2022, ditunda sementara, dan semua tiket akan dikembalikan sepenuhnya.

“Status acara di masa mendatang akan diputuskan setelah meninjau situasi Covid-19 dan kesehatan para artis,” papar agensi.

Selain itu, mini album baru Red Velvet yang akan dirilis di The ReVe Festival 2022 yaitu Feel My Rhythm dirilis sesuai jadwal konser tersebut.

“Kami akan terus mematuhi pedoman pengendalian penyakit secara menyeluruh, dan dengan kesehatan dan keselamatan artis sebagai prioritas utama,” ungkap agensi.

“Kami akan melakukan yang terbaik agar mereka dapat fokus pada perawatan dan pemulihan mereka,” pungkasnya.
