- It’s 2 sdm of aci (tepung tapioka/kanji).
- You need 1 sdm of cokelat bubuk.
- Prepare 1 1/2 sdm of gula pasir.
- It’s 3 sdm of air (saya pakai air panas).

- Siapkan bahan2..
- Campur tepung aci/kanji/tapioka dengan cokelat bubuk,aduk hingga rata. masukkan air gula (diresep asli air+gula dimasak hingga mendidih, saya pakai air panas untuk larutin gulanya)..
- Uleni hingga bisa dipulung..
- Bentuk bulat, masukkan dalam wadah yg sudah ditaburi tepung aci/kanji/tapioka (buletinnya jangan terlalu besar ya,karena jika terlalu besar,lama matangnya).
- Panaskan air hingga mendidih, masukkan bobba, masak selama kurang lebih 15 menit, hingga bobba matang. jika dirasa 15 menit belum matang, bisa dilanjutkan dimasak sampai 30 menit.
- Setelah matang, angkat bobba, kemudian masukkan ke air es (ini tambahan dari saya). tiriskan, kemudian bilas lagi menggunakan air matang biasa sampai lengket tepungnya hilang..
- Bobba siap digunakan….yummiii.
