- It’s 2500 ml of air.
- It’s 10 lembar of daun Pandan, ikat jadi satu.

- Rendam jamur salju, biji teratai, biji jali dan pang da hai selama kurang lebih 20 menit..
- Bersihkan jamur salju dari bonggol berwarna kuning, tiriskan, kemudian suwir² sesuai selera..
- Setelah pang da hai mengembang, buang kulit ari dan bijinya..
- Didihkan air, kemudian masukkan daun Pandan, biji teratai, biji jali, dan ang cho. Masak selama 10 menit..
- Masukkan pang da hai, jamur salju, dan longan kering. Jika pakai gula batu dimasukkan juga sekarang..
- Setelah 5 menit matikan api, masukkan buah kundur kering, goji berry, dan gula singkong. Aduk rata dan biarkan dingin. Bisa disantap saat hangat atau dingin setelah dimasukkan dalam kulkas. Bisa bertahan sampai 3 hari..
