- It’s of Tapioka secukupnya untuk mandian/taburan boba agar tidak saling menempel.
- It’s of Air secukupnya utk merebus boba (sekitar 1,5 lt).
- Prepare of Sirup boba:.

- You need 150 gram of gula merah iris.
- You need 3 sdm of gula putih.

- Adonan boba : rebus irisan gula merah dan air di teflon hingga mendidih dan gula larut (klo gulanya kotor boleh disaring trs taruh lg di teflon)..
- Setelah larutan gula mendidih kecilkan api masukkan campuran tepung coklat dan tapioka/sagu, aduk cepat dgn spatula hingga tercampur rata tidak lengket di teflon. Matikan api.
- Pindahkan adonan ke wadah rata untuk diuleni shgga kalis (tidak lengket ditangan).
- Ambil adonan sedikit kira2 sebesar ibu jari..pilin hingga memanjang sebesar pipet. Lalu potong2 kecil sesuai besar yg anda inginkan (kalau saya kira2 sebesar ujung jari kelingking)..
- Bulatkan potongan2 kecil tadi lalu buat ke dalam wadah yg sdh ada tapioka untuk mandian/taburan. Lakukan hingga adonan boba habis..
- Sebelum disisihan ayak/saring boba2 kecil tsb, agar tapioka taburan/mandiannya jatuh. Sehingga yg tersisa butiran2 boba saja.
- Didihkan 1.5 lt air utk metebus boba. Setelah air mendidih, masukkan butiran boba, sambil diaduk agar tidak gosong / lengket di dasar panci. Tunggu hingga boba timbul dan matang..
- Setelah matang, angkat boba dengan saringan lalu masukkan ke air dingin, saring lagi sisihkan..
- Syirup Boba : Rebus semua bahan hingga gula larut, saring jika gula kotor. Masukkan boba yg sdh disaring td hingga 15 menit (air gula menyusut 1/3nya), angkat boba siap diolah).
- Sajikan dalam gelas + es batu + susu UHT. Selamat menikmati….
- NB : boba yg belum direbus bisa disimpan dalam freezer dengan menyimpannya dalam plastik yg kering. Jika mau direbus, keluarkan dari freezer, stelah boba bersuhu ruang bisa direbus, siap diolah lg ?.
